My Background
My name is Ashly, and I am a NASM-certified personal trainer serving clients in the Hilliard and Upper Arlington areas. As a lifelong resident of Columbus, I have a deep appreciation for this community and the active lifestyle it offers. I still remember when Hilliard was mostly farmland. Growing up, I spent much of my time riding horses through 4-H and continue to compete as an amateur in equestrian sports today.
Athletics have always been an important part of my life. I am actively involved in the triathlon community and currently hold a national ranking in short-course duathlon. In my free time, I enjoy traveling to gravel and mountain biking events across the United States.
Fitness is my second career. After raising my children and spending several years away from an active lifestyle, I realized it was time to make a change. What began as a personal commitment to become stronger and healthier quickly grew into a passion. Challenging the misconception that we are “too old” to pursue new goals continues to motivate me every day. I enjoy helping others discover that it is never too late to improve their health, build strength, and create a sustainable lifestyle.

My Training Philosophy
My approach to training is honest, practical, and focused on long-term results. There are no quick fixes. Sustainable progress takes time, effort, and consistency.
I design programs that are progressive, realistic, and tailored to each individual’s goals and lifestyle. Like anyone committed to fitness, I understand that there are days when motivation is low—but those are often the days that matter most. My role as a trainer is to guide, support, and challenge you while helping you stay accountable to the goals you set for yourself.
I have experience working with clients across all ages and stages of life. My competitive athletic background allows me to connect with youth athletes and age-group competitors looking to improve performance. I also enjoy helping individuals who are new to fitness discover the physical and mental benefits of strength and conditioning.
One of the most rewarding parts of my work is helping older adults build strength, balance, and mobility so they can maintain independence and continue enjoying an active life. I also work with couples who use their gym time together as an opportunity to support each other while balancing busy careers and family life.

Why Work With Me
My goal is to help you achieve results that are meaningful and sustainable. Every client brings a unique set of goals, responsibilities, and challenges. Understanding your lifestyle—including work, family, and daily demands—allows me to design a program that truly fits your life.
Training should be something you look forward to, not another stressor in your day. I strive to make your time in the gym productive, motivating, and enjoyable while helping you build habits that support long-term health, strength, and longevity.
