My Fitness Journey

My 20-year journey includes being a gym owner, training Hollywood celebrities, competing at the national level in bodybuilding, and playing college football. I’ve also been featured on NBC4. My experience has shaped me into a coach who understands what real transformation takes—physically and mentally.
