I’m Cody McClung, owner of Chapters Fitness and personal trainer at Self Made Training Facility in Columbus. My fitness journey started at 300 lbs and 35–40% body fat. After losing 106 lbs and reaching 10–12% body fat, I know firsthand the challenges, decisions, and rewards that come with transformation. I’m here to guide you through your own.
