I’m a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with a Master’s in Exercise Physiology (Human Performance) and over three years of coaching experience. I played Division II soccer at Cedarville University and have since worked with a wide range of clients — from middle school athletes to professionals, and from high-level competitors to everyday athletes: adults who want to move well, stay strong, and meet the demands of life.
I’ve interned with the athletic departments at Ohio University and The Ohio State University, supporting football, baseball, soccer, and hockey programs. I currently coach at Donskov Strength & Conditioning Inc., where I primarily work with adult clients and competitive hockey players.
These experiences have shaped how I approach performance:
My job isn’t to crush you — it’s to coach you. To push you at the right time, in the right way, with consistency and intent. You bring the effort — I’ll bring the guidance and education.
Coaching Philosophy
I train with two core principles, depending on who’s in front of me:
- For athletes: Training should enhance your ability to perform — not just in the weight room, but in your sport. My goal isn’t just to make you a better lifter — it’s to make you a better athlete. That means staying healthy, building resilience, and developing the physical capacity needed to express your skill with confidence and durability.
- For everyday athletes: You don’t have to be a pro to train like one. You deserve a program that respects your time, goals, and body. Whether you’re chasing strength, energy, or simply feeling better in your skin, your training should support your life — not take it over.
Every program I build is individualized — built around your body, your sport or lifestyle, and your goals. Together, we’ll develop a complete performance plan that includes:
- Mobility and movement quality
- Strength and power development
- Speed and agility
- Recovery strategies
- A rehab-informed, long-term mindset
You’ll train with purpose and precision — not just to get through workouts, but to get better.
