Hi, I’m Jim Cash—a strength and conditioning coach with over a decade of experience helping athletes and individuals at all fitness levels reach their peak performance. Based in Columbus, I work with clients across Hilliard, Dublin, and Upper Arlington to improve strength, performance, and overall wellness.
