Hi! I’m Jonathon Misch transformation coach, endurance athlete, and living proof that

own life through fitness. Now I dedicate myself to helping others achieve similar

My Journey

As the founder of Misch Runs Wild, I didn't always embody the health and vitality I

represent today. After a successful fitness industry career (2003-2013), my life took an

unexpected turn. By 2023, I weighed 300 pounds, battled type 2 diabetes and

hypertension, and faced a life-threatening health crisis that left me on supplemental

oxygen 24 hours a day. Instead of surrendering, I chose transformation.

Through science-based fitness protocols, evidence-based nutrition strategies, and

powerful habit modification techniques, I lost nearly 100 pounds and discovered my

passion for endurance running. This journey from survival to thriving became my calling,

helping others achieve their own remarkable transformations.
